Here are 19 Reasons to Buy a Home in Camella Carson in Vista City, along Daang Hari:

I know these things because I've been a resident of another Camella development near Camella Carson for many years. I feel blessed that we found this area in the 1990s and chose to buy our home here.

1.  Camella Carson is a five-hectare master planned community within Vista City, a 1,500-hectare live-work-play development at a unique location: a place where two Metro Manila cities and 2 provinces converge:
          Muntinlupa
          Las Pinas
          Cavite
          Laguna

Vista City is a 50-billion mega residential commercial project of Vista Land and Landscapes Inc., led by business leader and former senator Manuel B. Villar.  It's envisioned to have everything that residents need -- homes, schools, offices, restaurants, shops, malls, lifestyle centers, banks, churches, hospitals, gas stations and other types of service providers.

2.  Flood is not a problem here.
The area is on a high elevation. UV Express drivers would say "Baba kayo?" when asking about going to Alabang, or "Akyat kayo?" when asking about going home.
If you use the Magsaysay Road in San Pedro, Laguna to come up here, you will find that the road meanders upwards, just like going up to Baguio City.


3. Carson is just a few minutes away from Alabang and Alabang-Zapote Road, where there are more shops, malls, hotels, supermarkets, home supply centers, and car dealers.

4. Carson is a five minute drive to the 4-km Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX), which brings you quickly to the South Luzon Expressway and Skyway. Go north to Makati or Fort Bonifacio Global City or go south to Los Banos or Tagaytay quickly.


5. Carson is developed by Camella Homes Inc., a subsidiary of Vista Land and Landscapes Inc. has developed around the country. Near Carson are other subdivisions .the high end portofino, south portofino, amore, and developments by ayala

6. Water is never a problem.
Carson does not depend on outside providers which are prone to water interruptions. It builds and maintains its own deepwell water system.
 I've been residing in a nearby Camella subdivision since 1994 and up to now, our water is still good even without filters. A private water company installed its pipes in an adjacent subdivision but bypassed us because our water system is well maintained, affordable and will be good for years to come

          (SM Molino is not along Daang Hari -- it's along Molino Boulevard -- but it's a short walk away from the corner of Daang Hari and Molino Boulevard.)

The Evia Lifestyle Center and the Starmall Prima Daang Hari, the two malls of Vista Land in the area, are great to the eyes. They look much better than the usual box-like malls.

 18.  If plans push through, Carson will just be minutes away from the planned PLDT-Smart campus in Filinvest City in Alabang.

19.  We could be looking at the BIGGEST mixed-use property development in Metro Manila  within the 500-hectare New Bilibid Prison (NBP) land.
        NBP's 500 hectares of land lie between Daang Hari and the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), with its Daang Hari gate just across where Evia Lifestyle Center meets Portofino Heights.

        In April 2016, former Pres. Benigno Aquino III,  before he stepped down from Malacañang, approved and signed the proposal to transfer the NBP to a 50-billion-peso correctional facility in Laur, Nueva Ecija.

        Around 300 hectares would be bid out to developers for commercial or mixed-use development. The rest of the land will be used by the Department of Justice for its own programs.
